This is a MotoNetwork event taking place in 2009, and is being hosted by 3 established UK motorcycle tour operators: Freedom Touring, RideWithUs and ToursAreUs. Maximum of 260 places.

This is a unique motorcycle event and is for UK motorcyclists only – we will have sole use of our 4 star motorcycle hotel. This is not a ‘hairy biker’ bash, this event is aimed at people who enjoy touring and leisure motorcycling, using good quality hotels and riding and socialising in the best of company.

The event will include a choice of daily ride-outs from our hotel-base with local tour guides, meeting up for lunch each day with other riding groups, then continuing the ride before returning to the hotel for coffee and cake. As well as the local areas, ride-outs will also take us into Switzerland and Italy. In the evening we will enjoy four-course evening meals followed by a relaxed evening in the bar. There will be presentations relating to motorcycling for those who are interested, and at least one evening with live music. The hotel has a swimming pool and wellness area for those who wish to indulge themselves, or maybe just want a day off the motorcycle. The hotel is also a BMW test-ride centre where you are able to test the latest BMW motorcycles for a small outlay.

There are 2 packages being offered

Hotel Package which involves meeting at Folkestone (Channel Tunnel) on Saturday 12th September and riding down to Austria together in small rider-groups (or on your own if you prefer), staying at two transit hotels on both the outward and return legs, arriving in Austria on the 14th September for the event. We leave the event on the 18th September for the two day ride back to UK landing on the afternoon of Sunday 20th September. Prices are based on double occupancy of rooms. Solo riders are accommodated in pairs or triples.

Camping Package which involves making your own way to the event, over-nighting at suitable places of your own choosing, and planning to arrive at the event on the afternoon of the 14th September to be allocated your pitch. You will use your own camping equipment, but will use all the facilities of the hotel during the event. Please note that we can only allow a maximum of 100 people onto the camping area, after which, this package will not be available.

Hotel Package

• 4 nights in 4 star hotel at the event with half board

  *Alternative ferry crossing are available with adjustment in cost (e.g. Dover or Hull)

• 4 nights camping at venue with breakfast in hotel
• 4 four-course evening meals
• 3 ride-outs with lunch / soft beverages included
• All tolls on ride-outs
• 1 night with live music
• Unlimited use of hotel facilities
